Project Development

Financing and sales

In the second phase, we handle all aspects of financing for your plant. We perform a profitability analysis to determine whether your project will offer a good return. We take care of all the formalities and arrange the required external financing. Our service portfolio includes due diligence audits, cost budgeting, contract drafting, and execution.

Engineering, procurement and construction

The third phase involves quality management and a detailed technical inspection. Then the construction of the plant can begin. We ensure the timely procurement of materials, coordinate all the logistics and operations and ultimately deliver a turnkey plant to you. When the plant has been commissioned, we go through the acceptance procedure with you and close out your large-scale project.

Operation and maintenance

We continue to provide you with support even after the project has ended. This includes the regular monitoring of your plant’s efficiency. Technical and commercial operations management is another service in our portfolio, as well as preparing reports for your shareholders. You can request all of these modules as a full-service package. In that case, we handle all project-related activities quickly, competently and efficiently.
